Jan Gensheimer, President & Founder
Jan is dedicated to bringing profitability and leadership efficiency to complex, high tech, and high growth businesses. She has worked with hundreds of companies— evaluating their business models, operations, and management teams. She produces short and long-term plans for growth and executes strategic projects that can bring fundamental change to companies and their founders.

Jan’s background includes leadership roles in the corporate, small business and non-profits. She has an MBA from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate teaching degree from Eastern Michigan University.

Jan was an active participant in Michigan's entrepreneurial community. She held leadership roles for MichBio and NPower Michigan, and as an advisor SPARK, TechTown, MiQuest (GLEQ), New Enterprise Forum. She continues to serveentrepreneurial communities to help founders start companies, create jobs and add revenue to the economy.

She is also passionate about education. She was a long time Board Director and advocate for the acclaimed Washtenaw Technical Middle College, one of the only charter high schools in the country that graduates students with their diploma and college certificate or degree at the same time.

She founded her consulting career with a mission to create wealth for entrepreneurs. The business reflects her personal values of integrity, hard work and making a difference. Her vision includes building a strong, healthy and profitable entrepreneurial class, and expanding the ranks of successful small business leaders.
